Hours & Schedule : Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid schedule options.
Parking : Fully covered by firm.
Experience : 3+ years of civil litigation experience (personal injury, employment, business / civil litigation, and / or construction experience preferred)
Compensation : Commensurate with experience and tenure $70,000-95,000. There is wiggle room to go higher but must have the experience to match.

What We're Looking For :
- Strong technical skills in MS Office programs, case management software, and document review software
- High attention to detail and a deep understanding of legal procedures and local court rules
- Experience with drafting subpoenas and written discovery desired
- Hands-on experience with e-filing and calendaring is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative team
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred
