Duties :
- Provide legal advice and support on matters related to executive compensation, employment, and benefits.
- Assist in the design and implementation of executive compensation plans and employee benefit programs.
- Conduct legal research to stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations impacting compensation and benefits.
- Draft and review legal documents, including employment agreements, benefit plans, and compensation packages.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to address legal issues and provide strategic counsel.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in executive compensation and benefits.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience in executive compensation, employment, and benefits in a law firm setting.
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Certifications : Education :
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
