Job Description
- Oversee and run projects from preconstruction phase through closeout
- Organize business development meetings when necessary
- Plans and coordinates project activities inline with company polices and procedures
- Assist Senior PMs with client meetings - establish long-standing relationships w / clients
- Creates and reviews project schedules
- Coordinate with field crews and superintendents to ensure project delivery
- Responsible for forecasting and estimating costs and changes to costs for project completion
- Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
- Travel when necessary (once a month per project)
- Create positive / welcoming work environment for teams

The Successful Applicant
- At least 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Must have project experience with govement and / or federal projects
- Bachelor's degree preferred (degree in construction is a plus)
- Heavy estimating experience is a plus
- Organized and able to effectively communicate
- Creative / fun personality
- Prior experience interacting with clients
