SUMMARY
The responsibilities of the RAP Attendant include supervising the self-checkouts, assisting customer in processing orders, including cashiering and loss prevention.
The RAP Attendant also responds to complaints with genuine concern.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction

- Performs fixed activities as assigned by supervisor
- Directs customer traffic.
- Assists with any pricing issue.
- Assists with stocking merchandise around the checkout area
- Assists with register maintenance, cleaning and replenishing supplies
- Follows all store and department policies and procedures.
- Follows safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
