Spearhead product launches : Craft go-to-market strategies and value propositions for new and existing solutions.
Strategize for success : Partner with engineering to translate ideas into reality, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Become an IAQ guru : Develop deep category expertise and leverage market insights to guide our product roadmap.
Own product validation : Establish and manage the company's efficacy and product validation plan.
Collaborate for impact : Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, customer care) to execute go-to-market strategies.
Data-driven decisions : Leverage market research, trends, competitor analysis, and user testing to inform product strategy.
Champion the customer : Be the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring exceptional user experiences.
Are you the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
- Experience with product roadmap planning.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a history of growing new product categories.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills (experience with data analytics tools is a plus).
- Financial acumen and a focus on revenue generation (P&L experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and creating impactful solutions.
- Experience in a high-growth company and a self-starter mentality.
- B2B focus with experience in semi-technical solutions (experience in IAQ, HVAC, sensors, monitoring, built environments, or commercial real estate is a plus).
