We're seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Trust & Estate and Tax Practice metro west.

This includes client-facing responsibilities, managing attorney schedules, assisting with legal documents, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with billing processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate attorney schedules and prepare legal documents.
  • Assist in maintaining filing systems and billing processes.
  • Reception coverage and training support for other assistants as necessary.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary.
  • Prior experience in a similar role in a law firm.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.
  • Advanced computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
