We're seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Trust & Estate and Tax Practice metro west.
This includes client-facing responsibilities, managing attorney schedules, assisting with legal documents, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with billing processes.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate attorney schedules and prepare legal documents.
- Assist in maintaining filing systems and billing processes.
- Reception coverage and training support for other assistants as necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary.
- Prior experience in a similar role in a law firm.
- Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.
- Advanced computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
