DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain contact with Clients throughout the duration of their case to provide status updates, answer questions, and obtain important information.
- Work with medical providers to coordinate medical treatment for Clients, confirm account balances, and provide case status updates.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with insurance adjusters to discuss case facts and determine relevant coverage information.
- Review incoming correspondence and save applicable information electronically in Case Management Software (Litify).
- Work closely with Attorneys to discuss incoming correspondence, medical treatment, insurance information, and case status.
- Prepare and submit finalized disbursement packets to accounting for review upon settlement.
- Execute various data entry in Case Management Software.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

- No prior experience or training.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Certificates, licenses and registrations required : N / A
- Computer skills required : Microsoft Office Suite
- Other skills required : Phone inbound / outbound calling
