Job Description
A Quality Assurance Assistant works to ensure that procedures adhere to an organization’s quality standards and regulations.
This is an office position with work hours on Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day with occasional need for flexible work hours and occasional travel and / or work outside the office.
Responsibility
- Conducting regular inspections to assess procedure quality.
- Reviewing documentation related to quality processes.
- Coordinating with staff and managers to maintain and improve procedure.
- Developing reports on procedures and discrepancies.
- Documenting audit findings and discrepancies in clear and concise reports.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop a comprehensive strategy for effective operatiions.
- Maintain Corporate Compliancy and Franchisee agreements.
- Maintain California Compliancy
- Maintain Company policies and SOPs.
- Conduct Internal Audits
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions
Qualifications
- Full dining service environment work experience. (minimum of 2 years)
- Detail-oriented and have the ability to delegate responsibility as needed.
- Understand and follow state and federal labor laws.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Effective communication and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Japanese or Portuguese a plus.
