POSITION
Allspring is seeking an Associate Regional Director to strengthen relationships with financial advisors and identify new sales opportunities.
You'll provide outstanding support for field wholesalers, handle complex queries, and contribute to our mutual fund line-up and practice management solutions.
This role offers a fast-paced environment where multitasking and prioritization are key.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office days a week.
Location(s) : Boston, MA, Charlotte, NC, Menomonee Falls, WI, Milwaukee, WI
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call on Financial Advisors at various broker / dealers to communicate strategies that drive increased product sales within the Allspring Global Investments Funds.
- Partner with field wholesalers to develop and implement a territory business plan aimed at exceeding territory gross and net sales goals.
- Apply advanced business tools to identify and target key opportunities that align with corporate initiatives.
- Provide flawless support to field wholesalers, ensuring all inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Provide investment commentary and practice management solutions to financial advisors, improving their ability to effectively serve clients.
- Strictly adhere to compliance regulations and company policies while completing sales strategies.
- Determine and pursue new sales opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Successfully implement business strategies that contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- years of proven sales experience.
- Successfully completed FINRA Series and (or ) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents).
