Job Description :
- As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in automation, implementation, QA, and support of all platforms involved in tagging, tracking, and overall marketing technology.
- You will collaborate with various teams and outside agencies, and will be responsible for scaling online data collection processes and supporting our technology stack.

Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize custom lead scoring models and MarTech stack integrations
- Represent Marketing interests within the Salesforce platform
- Update lead routing and assignment across Commercial
- Co-manage integration between Market and Salesforce
- Ensure tracking standards that drive marketing goals, media efficiencies, and advanced insights
- Oversee the introduction and integration of new marketing technologies
Required Skills :
- 5+ years of marketing operations experience
- 5+ years of systems support including integration buildouts
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Management Information Systems or Software Engineering preferred
- Proficiency with Custom Data Objects in Salesforce and Marketo
- SQL experience a plus
- Understanding of digital campaign processes and common digital platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements
