Job Summary
The St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is hiring a Client Services Monitor. The Client Services Monitor is a part of the Coordinated Street Outreach (CSO) team.
The monitor will observe and evaluate the daily pedestrian traffic on the St. Patrick Center (SPC) property. They will notify appropriate St.
Patrick Center staff of disturbances at the Tucker Street entrance, Welcome Center Reception, and Hadley Street entrance.
This position works works second shift and must be available to work weekends. The wage range for this position is $15 to $20 an hour.
Job Responsibilities
- Direct individuals to appropriate entrances such as volunteers, visitors and persons seeking services
- Use appropriate de-escalation techniques to defuse volatile persons on agency property
- Assists SPC staff responding to Red Folder calls at Welcome Center Entrance, Client Deck and other exterior agencyarea locations
- Use appropriate judgment to call 911 for emergency assistance
- Provide a welcoming presence to persons visiting or seeking services at SPC
- Maintain clean and professional appearance
- Check-in each morning with the CSO Manager for daily activities scheduled at St. Patrick Center
- Provide intake triage as needed
- Complete agency Incident Reports as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Associate degree required
- Five to ten years of Client Services Monitor related experience
- Requires valid driver's license (MO residents require Class E)
- Ability to work weekends

- Reliable transportation is preferred
- Valid and current auto insurance is preferred
