Join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Advanced Practice Provider team at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital! You will join a well-established, diverse group of nurse practitioners who collaborate to provide 24 / 7 care to one of our most complex patient populations, always seeking to advance care and treatment to improve outcomes.
Work Hours : 12 or 24-hour shifts (including days, nights, weekends, and holidays). For consideration for this position, candidates must have the appropriate TN licensure for their advanced practice degree and have passed the certification exam for either Physician Assistant OR Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-AC).

As aPediatric Acute CareNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in our ICU, you’ll have the opportunity to work with our most critical patients, joining a tight-knit, established team of APPs, nurses, and physicians serving at the forefront of care for our 8-bed unit.
Because of the unique nature of the work we do at St. Jude, your work in our ICU will be intense and variable, but it will be some of the most rewarding work of your career.
Advanced Practice Providers in this role cover the hospital around the clock daily, so this role rotates between days and nights, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum Education and / or Training :

Physician Assistant :
Graduate of a Physician Assistant Program accredited by the Accreditation and Review Commission on Physician Assistant Education.

Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $104,000 - $186,160 per year for the role of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant ICU-Tier III.
