Responsibilities :
- Order title documentation for loans secured with real property
- Communicate returned payments with borrowers
- Process month-end loan adjustments
- Manage daily ACH payments
- Assist with loan insurance processes including renewals, cancellations, and new policies
- Track and maintain payment of invoices for loans or lines of credit
- Prepare reports monthly
- Take inbound calls and inquiries for financial services
Qualifications :
- 2+ years in a similar role or handling loans required
- Associate’s degree or equivalent and / or 4 years of job experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong in Excel
