Responsibilities : -Develop strategic plans focused on enhancing the logistics experience for merchants and customers-Bring your vision to life through technology, vendor partnerships, and / or operational processes, taking a multi-disciplinary approach to delivering innovative solutions-Utilize data-driven insights to assess quality, efficiency, accuracy, and other aspects of the supply chain and customer experience-Write the business requirement documents to develop new features and enhancements -Work closely with Tiktok's product, engineering, governance, operations and account management teams to address customer, merchant and operational needs.
Develop the comprehensive network strategy that integrates the Fulfilment Center and Transportation network with growth opportunities-Refine the understanding of the value of the speed of delivery to our customers by product class by working with data science and fulfillment optimization-Improve the decision quality by increasing precision of cost used in the tradeoff from fulfillment center to customer
Minimum Qualifications-Bachelors degree in business, engineering or equivalent-3-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, product or program management, solution design or related field-Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications -Masters degree in business or related field-E-commerce experience-Supply chain, logistics or operations experience is a plus
