Job Description

The SAP S4 IT Project Manager - SCOPs will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing SAP S4 projects related to Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S4 modules (Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Sourcing and Procurement, Ariba, IBP) strong project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following :

• Project Planning : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Execution : Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Leadership : Lead the implementation of SAP S4 projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment for Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.
• Risk Management : Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans.
• Budget Management : Manage project budget, track project costs, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and business requirements.
• Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
• Team Management : Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to SAP S4 systems supporting Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.

Qualifications

Required Education :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent experience.

Required Experience :

5+ years of recent SAP IT Project Management experience with demonstrated logical and analytical problem-solving skills;

rigorous approach to project management to deliver enterprise-level projects

• Proficiency in SAP S4 modules related to Supply Chain (e.g., MM, SD) and Manufacturing (e.g., PP, QM), SAP configuration, and integration with other SAP modules with a proven track record of success
• 5+ years of data gathering / analysis and writing system requirements
• Experience working with test plans and test cases.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
• Proficiency with MS Project
• Proficiency with MS Visio
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills; must partner and collaborate effectively with all levels of management and team members
• Must demonstrate effective leadership, problem solving, presentation, and employee motivational skills

Preferred :

• Strong infrastructure background or System Analyst background - technical concepts and details.
• Consumer Packaged Goods and / or manufacturing Industry experience
