Position Overview :
Provide technical leadership to your team while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions on the Palantir platform.
Optimize for cross-platform compatibility and drive feature development to enhance the user experience and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications on the Palantir platform, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and data pipelines that support complex analyses and facilitate decision-making.
Drive feature development by prioritizing and implementing enhancements that optimize user experience and system functionality.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, while providing constructive feedback to team members.
Work closely with data scientists and analysts to enhance data-driven insights and reporting capabilities.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements related to the Palantir platform, integrating new tools and techniques as appropriate.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and development
