Role Overview As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing every phase of our commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
You’ll work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve outstanding project results while upholding our high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Drive project schedules, budget adherence, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably in healthcare, multifamily, or community-centered projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of project partners.
