Employment Type : Full timeShift : 12 Hour Day ShiftDescription : Fully qualified external applicants may receive a sign on bonus up to $15,000Competitive float pool differential will applyPosition Purpose : At Saint Francis Hospital, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Float RN to join our dynamic healthcare team.

As a critical part of our organization, you will provide exceptional patient care across various units, including Inpatient Trauma, Acute Care, Oncology, Neuroscience, and Cardiovascular Care.

What You Will Do : In this role, you will : * Monitor, record, and respond to patients' clinical status.* Assist with various levels of care and treatment, supporting and encouraging rehabilitation.

Be assigned to your designated unit by the Nursing Supervisor prior to each shift.* Float between one or more units during your 12-hour shift.

Minimum Qualifications : * Education : Graduate of an accredited college or university-affiliated nursing program. BSN graduates preferred.

• Experience : 2 or more years of Inpatient Hospital RN experience.* Licensure : Current licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
