Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in line with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards
- Lead quality assurance and control activities across all business related processes
- Collaborate with testing, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve and prevent quality issues
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency
Requirements & Desired Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management within aerospace or defense manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools
