Role Description :
The Account Manager / Customer Service Representative (AM / CSR) will be the customers advocate with our company, and grows the current business by nurturing and developing current accounts and providing service support.
Provide feedback from customers to help develop our service offerings and recommend new ideas to provide higher value to our customers.
Reporting to the CEO, the AM / CSR is part of our sales team, represents our company and communicates our compelling value proposition, and all while advocating passionately for the customer.
Objective : Focused on retaining and growing current business
Key Responsibilities :
Take ownership of the account and become their passionate advocate within our companies.
Responsible for acting as a funnel and a safety net for the information coming in from dispatchers / technicians and vendors, filtering the info before releasing it to the client.
Also, responsible for developing the talent of the project coordinators beneath them.
Responsible for running reports going over client profitability, looking for trends, identifying opportunities.
Develops accounts by building relationships, expanding services, and increasing our presence
Solve business problems for customers with proven consultative selling skills
Identify opportunities to expand our offerings to other business units, locations, and affiliated companies
Represents our company and communicates our compelling value proposition.
Understand industry trends and identify capability gaps required for our offering
Continuously develop industry domain knowledge of services and competitors
Travel as required to conferences, events, and client meetings
