Executive Assistant 2 - Credit & Payments- Hybrid
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, tenacious, confident, proactive, and supportive executive assistant for our Credit & Payments business to work with the President of Credit & Payments in supporting this important area of Nordstrom.
This position interacts with areas across Nordstrom and leadership within Credit & Payments to deliver all necessary administrative support (travel, expense reports, meetings, etc.
for a group of leaders, creates presentations for group events, coordinates group activities, maintains a relationship with facilities in support of our in-office environment, tracks and maintains a variety of initiatives, and skillfully manages the administrative needs of our area.
This role is hybrid in Centennial, Colorado (3 days of in-office work per week).
A day in the life
- Speaks in the voice of the SLT (senior leadership team) of Credit & Payments
- Collaborates to ensure meetings are well scheduled, reflect current guidance and attendees, and are optimized in relation to other meetings and external events
- Takes clear and concise notes at certain meetings; maintains and distributes
- Completes expense reporting and travel plans for a group of leaders in Credit & Payments
- Maintains and distributes agenda for SLT meeting; models meeting etiquette / standards
- Engages facilities (and other areas) to support the in-office environment in Centennial, Colorado
- Coordinates with other Executive Assistants across Nordstrom to schedule meetings and activities
- Responsible for town hall meeting materials, including creative content
- Collaborates to support on-site events and gatherings in support of several teams
- Runs the selection process for quarterly recognition meetings
- Coordinates catering as needed, and maintains relationships with external businesses in support of Credit & Payments need such as food and activities
- Actively drives special projects as assigned
- Ability to interact with a diverse staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient with a high level of professionalism
You own this if you have
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Retail or Credit industry experience is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite to include Power Point
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to keep highly sensitive information confidential

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Colorado : $27.50 - $44.00 Hourly, Washington : $27.50 - $50.50 Hourly
