Carter Hospitality Group is seeking a Wine Club Admin Assistant. This position will be supporting South Coast Winery Resort & Club, Carter Estate Winery & Resort and Carter Creek Winery & Resort.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an a strong administrative assistant, will be able to multitask, and meet deadlines.
Some other essential duties include :
- Assists in the developing and production of wine club mailings and newsletters.· Assists with membership retention efforts.
- Manages and maintains wine club database.· Assists with tasting room / hospitality responsibilities as needed including but not limited to greeting visitors and pouring wines for tastings.
- Provides general tourist information, conducts tours and handles routine purchasing transactions.· Performs other duties as assigned by manager· Takes PRIDE in everything we do.
