Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Strategically execute email communications, ensuring adherence to brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Conduct testing of subject lines, copy variations, and imagery to optimize both open rate and conversion rate.
- Cultivate and showcase subject matter expertise across designated email campaigns.
- Offer informed suggestions and enhancements to refine campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Perform quality assurance on emails pre-deployment, verifying content accuracy, layout consistency, and hyperlink integrity.
- Undertake all assigned duties diligently and proactively contribute to cohesive team efforts.
- Construct and rigorously test each email, reviewing copy, imagery layout, and links.
- Coordinate with agencies to strategize, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns effectively.
- Foster a productive partnership with the creative team and agency partners to conceptualize and enhance assets, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
- Work alongside analysts and agency partners to develop and refine reporting dashboards, promoting data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain a thorough awareness of evolving social media trends, integrating emerging insights into campaign strategies and optimizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related business field is preferred.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working autonomously.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- One or more years using Braze or other ESP is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Previous exposure to Google Analytics is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to engage with various organizational levels.
- Knowledge of social media creative best practices.
- Previous experience using Meta Ads Manager preferred.
- Minimum age requirement : 21 years or older.
