We’re now seeking a savvy Associate Marketing Director with experience in association membership marketing to join our collaborative marketing team in our Washington, DC or Alexandria, VA office.

As an agency, we value both human interaction and flexibility - our current hybrid work model requires 2 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with seasoned account and creative teams as well as specialists to execute results-driven marketing campaigns.
• Manage projects from client kick-off through internal review to client delivery.
• Utilize agency project management software to open, schedule, track and close projects as well as generate purchase orders.
• Write project briefs and lead project kick-off meetings as well as participate in creative concept development.
• Review all internal client proofs to ensure brand and messaging consistency throughout campaign deliverables and evaluate copy and design to ensure they’re strategically on track.
• Help facilitate the on-time delivery of agency work by keeping production schedules up-to-date and assisting with job trafficking.
• Monitor and report overall campaign performance to help identify if course corrections should be made and ensure client goals are achieved.
• Perform a variety of duties which might include coordinating ad submissions and barter fulfillments, managing client’s social media communities, maintaining up-to-date website content, coordinating email deployment, conducting qualitative and quantitative research and much more.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Agency, B2B event and / or association experience a plus.
• Association membership marketing strongly preferred.
