Job Overview
We are seeking an Executive Chef to oversee our Commissary Kitchen operations as well as our 6+ Vietnamese Restaurants.
Duties
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Supervise & Train kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance.
- Develop seasonal specials and execute the roll out to all individual locations.
- Oversee inventory and logistics manager
- Communicate with the FOH about allergens
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Monitor food production processes to maintain quality control and consistency.
- Travel to each location to ensure food quality
- Assist with the training of individual location Kitchen Managers
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role.
- Strong skills in supervising kitchen staff and managing kitchen operations effectively.
- Expertise in menu planning and food production techniques.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese food
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation.
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and the ability to create accommodating meal options is preferred.
- Passion for cooking with a creative flair for developing new dishes.
