Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive Chef to oversee our Commissary Kitchen operations as well as our 6+ Vietnamese Restaurants.

Duties

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Supervise & Train kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance.
  • Develop seasonal specials and execute the roll out to all individual locations.
  • Oversee inventory and logistics manager
  • Communicate with the FOH about allergens
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
  • Monitor food production processes to maintain quality control and consistency.
  • Travel to each location to ensure food quality
  • Assist with the training of individual location Kitchen Managers

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role.
  • Strong skills in supervising kitchen staff and managing kitchen operations effectively.
  • Expertise in menu planning and food production techniques.
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese food
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while fostering a positive atmosphere.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation.
  • Familiarity with dietary restrictions and the ability to create accommodating meal options is preferred.
  • Passion for cooking with a creative flair for developing new dishes.
