Matthew 25 AIDS Services is a non-profit healthcare clinic that specializes in the treatment of HIV / AIDS.

POSITION OVERVIEW

To provide leadership and day to day oversight of the Ryan White Part B Case Management Program and to provide medical case management services under the Kentucky HIV / AIDS Care Coordination Program (KHCCP) including social service assessments and connecting HIV+ individuals with needed services offered by Federal, State, and Local community programs.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• Leadership experience in the workplace setting, minimum of 2 years preferred.
• Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in service driven environment.
• 100% Commitment to Matthew 25's mission, vision and values
• Experience working with diverse populations of people and ability to provide status neutral services.
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel, even overnight for training
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends for special events occasionally.
