What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee safety compliance on the job site and ensure that OSHA regulations are followed.
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the client and other stakeholders.
- Oversee quality assurance and control of the construction project.
- Supervise and lead on-site personnel.
- Manage the use of Procore and other software systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need For This Position
5+ years of Multi-family superintendent experience
