Title : Billing Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure all information is captured on the order forms for accurate process of billing.
- Correct / resolve any discrepancies.
- Consolidate orders, approvals and proof of delivery files for Compliance review.
- Ensure billing documents are submitted to Compliance in a timely manner, per the monthly billing calendar.
- Maintain accurate and easily accessible work files
- Adherence to laws and best practices regarding dealing with confidential data
Requirements :
- Strong communication and administration skills are essential.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and Adobe Acrobat PDF Creator and Combine Files functions.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross functional dynamic team environment.
- Ability to maintain positive, professional demeanor at all times.
- 1-3 yrs. customer service experience, preferred.
- Salesforce experience, a plus.

- Maintain a positive approach towards all projects, including those outside typical job responsibilities.
- Maintain a professional demeanor towards management, co-workers and other employees, at all times.
- Proficiency in English.
- Any miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned.
Education / Work Experience :
- Associates or higher degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Business or related field of study, preferred.
