Nesco Resource is looking for Machine Operators in Southington, CT. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Availability on all 3 shifts. OT and Saturdays might be required depending on production needs.

Pay Range : $18.00-$21.00 / hour depending on experience and shift
1 st Shift Hours : 6 : 45 AM to 3 : 15 PM, Monday- Friday
2 nd Shift Hours : 2 : 45 PM to 11 : 15 PM, Monday- Friday
3 rd Shift Hours : 10 : 45 PM to 7 : 15 AM, Sunday- Thursday
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Set-up and operate machines within a clean room environment.
- Troubleshoot machines if problems occur.
- Monitor and make necessary adjustments to the machines throughout the shift.
- Pro-actively look for preventative maintenance to limit downtime.
- Complete any necessary assembly work as needed.
- Visual inspection of finished parts.
- Document manufacturing process.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Previous experience with troubleshooting machines.
- 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Previous quality / inspection experience preferred.
