A law firm in Palo Alto is seeking a Mid-Level Antitrust Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in pre-merger notification and civil and / or criminal antitrust litigation.
The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice law in California and possess excellent academic credentials.

Duties :
- Handle pre-merger notification filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and related regulations.
- Represent clients in civil and criminal antitrust litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust issues and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Assist in managing all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Advise clients on antitrust compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to develop and implement legal strategies.
- Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation.
- Stay current on developments in antitrust law and policy.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support senior attorneys in managing cases and business development activities.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in pre-merger notification and civil and / or criminal antitrust litigation.
- Strong understanding of the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and related regulations.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex litigation and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Education :
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Strong academic credentials.
Certifications :
Admission to practice law and in good standing in California.
