Job Description :
The individual will continue to increase his / her understanding of one or more of the functions, dependencies, and relationships across Global Liquidity Management : Produces timely, accurate, complete, and compliant liquidity reports and analytics.
Develops and enhances processes to meet reporting requirements. Complies with and enhances documentation and control processes.
Assists in laying out requirements for data sourcing and technology, and drives UAT. Investigates reporting issues and escalates accordingly.
Assists in implementing new regulatory requirements while developing relationships with Risk partners. Develops and provides expertise on liquidity drivers for specific businesses or products.
Leads liquidity related projects. Develops and delivers management presentations.
The Team :
The Global Liquidity Management (GLM) team responsible for analyzing the enterprise's overall and relevant individual liquidity positions, for assessing those positions and for proposing changes to them within the enterprise's overall risk appetite.
The analysis and assessment includes liquidity requirements, contractual obligations, contingent risks, as well as cash flow forecasting and stress testing.
The GLM team works closely with line of business and support partners to develop a culture of 'best in class' liquidity management by executing processes flawlessly and managing risk effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage reporting processes across key liquidity reporting and metrics, including FR2052a, Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Internal Liquidity Stress Testing
- Develop and provide expertise on liquidity drivers, and best practice analytics for top of house reporting and product analysis, with a focus on unsecured, secured funding, and investment portfolio products
- Drive key liquidity related projects, related to reporting efficiency and enhanced analytical capabilities
- Develop and recommend liquidity risk appetite limits and metrics for both the company and individual legal entities
- Business partner across key Corporate Treasury Business Partners (Balance Sheet Management, Global Funding, Chief Investment Office, Technology, Data, Project Management), as well as with Second & Third Line and external stakeholders including the FRB, OCC, and FDIC
- Partner internally in GLM with product teams, forecast, governance & transaction testing, as well as other Corporate Treasury and Chief Investment Office teams responsible for execution of funding and liquidity strategies

Required Qualifications :
- 5-10 years' experience with a financial institution
- Experience in corporate finance, treasury and / or liquidity management functions
- Confident analytical experience & attention to detail
- Comfort working with complex financial products
- Experience in preparing presentations for senior management and regulators
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience developing, implementing and maintaining reporting in a consistent manner
