Responsibilities :
- Proactivelyidentify and pursue new business opportunities within the biotechindustry
- Foster and nurture strongrelationships with a diverse range ofcustomers
- Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure flawless of sales strategies andinitiatives
- Provide exceptional customerservice and support to ensure customersatisfaction
- Successfully manage and grow aportfolio of key accounts
- Conduct marketresearch to determine customer needs andpreferences
- Prepare and deliver salespresentations to prospective customers
- Monitorand analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities forgrowth
- Strictly adhere to company policies andprocedures in all sales activities
Requirements :
- Bachelorsdegree in a Science relevant field.
- 12 yearsConsistent track record of success in sales preferably in thebiotech industry
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation andpersuasion abilities
- Highly organized withexceptional attention to detail
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
- Proficientin using CRM software and other salestools
- Ambitious and selfmotivated with apassion for achieving salestargets
