Job Description :
Pay Range $23hr - $25hr
Responsibilities
- Assist in review and organization of various solicitations, contracts, and grants.
- Schedule meetings and monitor several email mailboxes.
- Perform a wide variety of activities associated with contractual and administrative services.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Technical Qualifications :
- Please provide experience with the following and include the number of years.
- At minimum an Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree preferred (recent graduates with less than full time experience are encouraged to apply).
- Employment history of at least 2 years (office experience preferred, not necessarily required).
- Excellent writing and analytical skills, strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft applications.
