The Dog Stop® Knoxville seeks a part time Front Desk Attendant. This person will be responsible for overseeing all canine and employee activities.
Must have a positive attitude and be confident and comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Candidates with strong backgrounds in employee leadership and retail experience are preferred.
While front of house shifts are required, back of house shifts may also be assigned. Weekend work is required!
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns regarding dog care services.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products and services based on their dog's specific needs.
- Manage appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up communication with clients.
- Promote new services and products through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Maintain knowledge of dog care best practices to educate clients and enhance their experience.
- Foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for all clients.
