Five Iron Golf’s core mission is to seamlessly meld golf and entertainment, and in the process, make golf inclusive and accessible for all.
The Lead Line Cook at Five Iron will manage all aspects of kitchen operations. Our Lead Line Cooks are responsible for preparing, cooking, and delivering flavorful dishes to our guests, ensuring that every bite is a satisfying and memorable experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Open and close the kitchen as needed.
- Prepare a variety of appetizers and entrees for guests.
- Ensure proper food preparation to keep the kitchen and line fully stocked
- Maintain a clean kitchen by properly washing dishes and utensils
- Adhere to all sanitary and health code requirements
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure excellent service
- Control and direct the food preparation process
Required Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of experience as a line cook
- Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team
- Ability to delegate tasks and monitor kitchen staff
- Credentials in health and safety training
- Must be flexible with hours
- Valid certifications that meet local requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations
- Consistently deliver a high level of customer service to each guest
