ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified sales professional to join their winning team as an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member.
We seek an energetic professional interested in helping grow our customer base with value-based sales conversations. You will market State Farm Insurance products over the phone and in-person.

You will be provided all resources, trainings, and leads necessary to succeed in our team-based environment.
PAY : $50,00 to $60,000+
- Base Salary : $35,000-40,000 (fully licensed).
- Commission : On-target commission range would be $1,100-$1,700 per month.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish customer relationships and utilize need-based sales techniques to find the best product to help our customers.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
