We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the COO for our two GMC locations
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for the COO
- Social Media Management : Create, schedule, and post content across all our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X / Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Research : Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our online presence.
- Collaboration : Work closely with COO and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message and effective communication strategies.
- Format information, memos, emails, and reports
- Understand and build Excel Spread sheets
Skills
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- MS Office and Excel knowledge required
- Outstanding analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree
