An outstanding, full-time opening has become available for a Business Immigration Attorney with experience in a full-service immigration firm near the Manhattan, NY area .

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration :
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3+ years of Immigration Law work experience.
- Ability to write, research, and prepare E1, E2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, L1, Blanket L1, L1-A, L1-B, TN and O-1 petitions.
- Proficiency drafting and filing responses to RFE’s is a MUST .
- PERM labor certification, I-140, I-485, IV / NIV status, and Consular processing experience is a MUST .
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, and positive attitude is a MUST .
- J.D. degree is REQUIRED (NY Bar Admission preferred) .
