Our company is expanding, and we’re looking for a warehouse manager to lead our team of workers, improve our productivity, and ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the operations of our facility, making sure inventory is organized, orders are processed, packages don’t have any damage, shipments go out on time, and invoices are accurate.

$20 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Direct distribution operations from the arrival of stock at inventory to its departure on scheduled shipments to assure damage-free and properly processed orders
- Employ, train, and manage a warehouse team and create a schedule for them that will increase our production and maximize output
- Serve as a communication liaison between company leadership, clients, vendors, and warehouse associates
- Adhere to all local, state and federal safety regulations and make sure all team members are well versed in safety requirements to reduce accidents and injuries
- Handle the day-to-day operations and warehouse activities to ensure the facility runs smoothly and our clients are satisfied with our service
Qualifications :
- A demonstrated knowledge of the state and federal safety regulations as they pertain to the position
- Candidates must have completed high school or received their GED, some college preferred
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills required
- Experience in warehousing or logistics as a warehouse manager or supervisor leading a warehouse team, or in a relevant position in a similar work environment
