Essential Responsibilities :
- Reviewing all loans, change in terms, and maintenance forms entered into the core system for accuracy to documents reporting any errors for correction.
- Noting any systematic concerns during quality control review and notifying management.
- Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Skills & Competencies :
- A High School graduate degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a review position, especially in a lending area.
- Previous experience in a financial environment.
- Exquisite member service skills in person, on the telephone, and through email.
- Must be able to work independently, use logic and judgment to make appropriate decisions, and work well under pressure to meet monthly deadlines.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office products.

Education with emphasis in business, finance, or accounting
Physical Requirements :
- Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
- Exert up to pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
- Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
