Job Overview

Specialty Appliances is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage, analyze, and execute company marketing activities, from social media to email marketing and content development.

The Marketing Specialist will work with cross-functional team members to drive new customer acquisition, increase cross-sell, and reduce attrition.

Requirements

In this role, you will...

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns. Conduct A / B testing to optimize email success. Monitor and analyze email performance metrics.
• Generate relevant and compelling content to be used across platforms (email, social, web articles, etc.) to drive consideration and intent by collaborating with cross-functional team members.
• Develop and gain approval for tradeshow strategy. Manage execution of tradeshows from beginning to end.
• Develop marketing materials for meetings, educational events, and advertising submissions.
• Over time, own marketing strategies for our Specialty lab businesses.

In this role, you'll need to have...

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of significant / broad marketing experience, digital marketing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dental, medical device, or medical technology industries preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Adobe applications.
• Photography / videography experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
