Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Manage and motivate staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing team.
• Control costs and maximize profitability through effective budget management, inventory control, and sales analysis.
• Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Implement marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives to drive business and build brand loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to food safety, labor laws, and health code standards.
• Handle customer feedback and address issues or complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve business goals, including financial targets and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar managerial role in the restaurant industry, with a track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, front and back of house management, and customer service best practices.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis, to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, with a commitment to upholding these standards.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with staff, customers, and senior management in a professional manner.
• Innovative and strategic thinker with the ability to implement creative solutions to improve operations and drive business growth.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands.
