Human Resources Coordinator Job Responsibilities
The Human Resources Coordinator role is a high energy, fast paced dynamic role with a high degree of multitasking. This role will report to the Director of Human Resources.
This position will be accountable for HR business processes, projects and administrative support.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Benefits (Medical / Dental / 401K information & coordination)
- Benefits / Open Enrollment
- Oversee CT Paid Leave filing
- On-boarding / New Hire Orientations
- Temp to hire facilitation, new hire probationary follow-up
- Assist with documentation for Payroll
- Responsible for Department of Labor notices for termed employees
- Setup 401k meetings
- Setup the sexual harassment classes
- Other HR related responsibilities, as assigned
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work : 9-5pm
Job Types : Temp to hire
Salary : $25 / hr
Experience :
- Human Resources : 1-3 years (Required)
- Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of employees
- Strong organization and prioritizing skills with attention to detail.
- Some knowledge of HR laws and current practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with HRIS, preferably ADP
- Strong MS Office skills
Education :
Bachelor’s or associate degree (Preferred)
