Position Summary : The Senior Scheduler will be responsible for creating and maintaining large integrated master schedules (IMS) using the MS Project scheduling tool within MRO / Manufacturing environment.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Program Schedule Management and Analysis : 85%
- Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support project execution
- Collaborate with engineering and program management teams
- Responsible for delivering all Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) associated with schedule
- Conduct detailed schedule analysis, variance analysis, root cause analysis, critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, and "what-if" analysis
- Bid and Proposal Support : 5%
- Responsible for ensuring IMS can score high in USG evaluations and pass DCMA 14 point audits
- Lead working group meetings to collaborate with stakeholders to create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and schedules for their functional areas
- Integrate schedules from functional areas to create resource loaded IMS
- Additional Responsibilities : 10%

Qualified Experience / Skills / Training :
Education :
- Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or Engineering / Science related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preferred : MBA or Master's degree
- PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or other scheduling credential is a plus.
Experience :
- Extensive experience with MS Project functionality to develop and manage large complex schedules with integrated schedule, resource, and cost baselines.
- 3-5 years of scheduling experience preferably in Aerospace manufacturing and / or DOD development / production contracts.
- Experience participating and supporting DOD milestone reviews is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams and subcontractors to integrate their schedules into the IMS
- Preferred : Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities :
- Knowledge with industry scheduling and planning standards to include Earned Value Management guidelines and methodologies
- Able to work multiple schedules simultaneously
- Knowledge of DCMA 14-point assessment for schedule health assessment
- Examples of shareable work product desired
Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages) :
- Excellent listening, comprehension & interpersonal skills as responsible for daily communication via email and phone calls required
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication (verbal / writing), and presentation skills
