Schedule : Part time, Day shift (32 hours per week)

Possible Service Locations : candidate will be covering around Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Westminister, Garden Grove, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Orange

Job Description :

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need.

Required Qualifications :

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.

Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

1 year of experience in nursing, hospice or related health field.
