This RTE should have some understanding of PowerPlatform technology be able to empower teams facilitate the ARTevents effectively communicate with stakeholders coach teams toensure Agile processes are being followed support teams withselforganization escalate and help resolve impediments andcontinuously improve teams / train to maximize value delivery.

Candidate should also be able to perform Scrum Master / ProjectManager duties as needed. Ideal candidate should be well versedhave led technical projects using Agile methodologies and becomfortable with autonomously leading in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities : Plan lead organize and motivate agile andtraditional project teams to achieve a high level of performanceand quality in delivering projects that provide exceptionalbusiness value to the internal and external stakeholders.

Driveconsistent project delivery through the entire project lifecycleincluding Project plans Release plans Resource allocation andmanagement of project risks schedule budget and delivery of value.

Provide leadership in the establishment and development of projectbase line budgets resource allocation and schedules. Track andcommunicate projects progress from a schedule cost and riskperspective to the project team stakeholders and management.

Manageand optimize the flow of value through the ART using various toolssuch as the Program Kanban and other information radiators.

Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations andProgram Increments (PIs). Facilitate PI Planning readiness PIPlanning event and PI execution e.

g. Roadmap Backlogs RisksDependencies and PI Objectives etc. Assist feature prioritizationtracking the execution of features e.

g. Train level metrics.Facilitate synchronization meetings e.g. Scrum of Scrums andProgram Committee Meetings. Coach Managers Teams and Scrum Mastersin LeanAgile practices and mindsets.

Escalate and track impedimentshelp identify and address critical bottlenecks. Encouragecollaboration between teams Engineering and Enterprise Architects.

Help ensure strategy and execution alignment (Product Managementand Stakeholders). Assess practices with DevOps etc. and helpimprove Continuous Delivery Pipeline.

Conduct Inspect and Adaptworkshops facilitate System Demos assess the agility level of theART and help them improve. Ability to take on additionalresponsibilities such as Scrum Master Community of Practice etc.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities : PMP and Scrum MasterCertification is required. SAFe SPC or RTE Certification isrequired.

5 years of RTE experience is required. 3 years of RTEexperience managing Power Platform teams is required. Anunderstanding of creating and maintaining Program IncrementBacklogs.
