Senior SEC Financial Reporting Accountant Responsibilities
- Strong team and collaborative skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Support quarterly SEC reporting process
- Assist with M&A activity
- Support technical research and analysis
- Assist with consolidations process and intercompany analysis
- Work with cross-functional teams to prepare SEC filings including completing quarterly and annual disclosure checklists
- Assist with international statutory filings
- Partner with global accounting, tax, legal, treasury, and finance teams on special projects
- Assist senior leadership teams with special projects
Senior SEC Financial Reporting Accountant Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 4+ years of public accounting Audit or industry SEC reporting experience required
- Knowledgeable of IFRS, GAAP, SEC Filings
- CPA or CPA track
