Role
- Define and implement department strategies.
- Develop and manage eCommerce portfolios.
- Ensure cross-organisational alignment and communication.
- Strengthen department leadership.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.
- Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Ensure business needs are being met evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans.
- Drive the execution of multiple business projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, in a business-related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing in a retail environment.
- Exceptional skills as an IT user.
- Excellent report writing skills.
